Poste : Key Responsibilities : Lead overall business strategy and operational execution. Manage sales, operations, marketing, finance, and partner relationships. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators. Ensure compliance with Moroccan tourism regulations and licensing. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability. Uphold service standards aligned with GCC customer expectations. Profil recherché : Requirements : Minimum 8 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.  At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role. Strong understanding of inbound tourism to Morocco. Experience with GCC markets is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
