Poste : Key Responsibilities : Coordinate daily transportation schedules and transfers. Supervise drivers and vehicle assignments. Ensure vehicles meet safety, cleanliness, and service standards. Manage relationships with transport providers. Handle operational issues and emergency situations  Profil recherché : Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is essential. This experience will have allowed you to develop solid expertise in logistics and transport operations management. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transport sectors. Proven skills in team management and project leadership. Ability to analyze complex situations and propose innovative solutions. Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
